"I grew up in a military family and married a serviceman, and now we're retired and living in the Nashville area. I've raised three children (sometimes on my own) and am now navigating the empty nest stage. Each chapter of life has been rewarding but came with its share of challenges- emotional, mental, and sometimes physical.
